Small libraries, big impact
Many of the most meaningful summer reading programs happen in small towns. A library in Guthrie or Shawnee may serve a community where the library is the only cultural institution, and summer reading is the highlight of the year. We take that seriously.
Joe has performed in libraries of every size — from large city systems to single-room branches serving communities of a few hundred people. The energy, preparation, and quality is the same regardless of audience size. Every program is fully self-contained — we bring our own equipment and need only an electrical outlet and a cleared space.
For rural libraries with tight budgets, we're happy to discuss options. Multiple shows on the same day can reduce the effective cost per show, and routing nearby libraries together on one trip can minimize travel fees. Inquire and we'll find a way to make it work.
